Privacy

Your drafts and revision history are private to your account. Prose sends the text and optional style samples to its configured writing provider, and sends submitted drafts to Pangram for checking. New writing requests use GPT-6 Astra through OpenAI. Older runs may use InferHub with OpenAI as a fallback.

You can delete saved jobs after they stop. They become unavailable immediately; stored files and processing state are removed in the background. We retain payment records required for accounting. We use verified email accounts, keyed network identifiers and Cloudflare Turnstile to limit trial abuse. Network identifiers group IPv6 addresses within a /64; trial records also prevent email alias reuse. Prose does not store raw IP addresses in its trial records or use invasive device fingerprinting. Prose does not publish your text or use it in public examples without permission.
